3D Modelling & 2D engineering Drawings

We use SolidWorks professional for all our 3D CAD modeling and design. This software is intuitive and offers a quick and flexible design tool solution. We are able to do the following

• 3D modeling, creating designs in 3D
• 2D work shop drawings to be used for quality control approval or general machining of components.
• Static analysis
• 3D rendering of the product. KeyShot rendering software
• Mechanical design of components
• Animation of the product, in operation or open and closing.

At Genius of Design, we can also design the manufacturing tooling required for the production of the components, including assembly jigs and fixtures. With our tool-making knowledge and hands on experience we understand what is required. Specializing in plastic injection moulding, press tools for press metal components.
